here’s the time line…
1/18 - out of job…i was unemployeed, though quite content in a paid vacation courtesy of my former employer.
1/24 - received a call for interview - scheduled for the next day
1/25 - had interview with said company
2/1 - first day of work at new company.
so i was out of work for a total of 14 days…not bad says i.
and here i am…stress reduced by 100%, new team to work with, and enjoying my job for the first time in recent memory. i walked out of the office the other day and realized that i was actually looking forward to returning to work the next morning…i have no idea when the last time that happened was…
yay me…
